Thank you for viewing La Evangel blog. We will try our best to fulfill all your request and improve ourselves from time to time to keep our customers satisfaction.

Please kindly read through the terms & conditions below before placing your order. By order/ purchase from La Evangel, you are bounded by the terms & conditions as stated. Subject to change without prior notice.

1. Items sold are not refundable and not exchangeable
2. Deposit made will be forfeited if cancellation of order made
3. We will not responsible for item lost during delivery


Return policy:

- The customer must check the item/s conditions upon goods received.
-The customer must notify us within 24 hours upon goods received for any damaged, please make sure that it complies with our policy as below:

1. Items that are badly damaged. Items must be return in the original packaging. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
2. If the request for returning is later than 24 hours without a picture to proof the damage part, we will not entertain it.
3. Our normal practice before delivery, we will do at least triple checking before the goods/items is/are send for Postage/Delivery. Therefore, it will be very rare that a customer will receive the item/s in damaged conditions unless it is cause by Postage/Delivery agent. Therefore, we will have all rights to check on the item's conditions via the picture that email to us to determine whether the return or exchange is acceptable.


We DO NOT accept Return / Exchange IF:
1. Item/s reach you more than 24 hours and no picture/proof, no reasonable statement to support your return/exchange request.
2. Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. base material color, Color color etc).
Item's size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
3. Do not like the color / shape / length
4. After when the item/s has been exposed/displayed/tried/woreCustomer who did not inform us regarding the reason for exhange and post the item back directly will not be entertained. No payment will be refunded.
5. Sold Out Items are not available for exchange.
6. The customer responsible for the return and replacement Delivery/Postage fees incurred.
