1. How to order?
To order:
Step 1: Complete the order form, check availability.
Step 2: Item available, postage suggested, buyer make payment.
Step 3: Payment Cleared, item will send out to buyer.
Step 4: Done!


2. How if I do not know which delivery method to choose?
Complete the order form and we will suggest one for you.


3. How much is the postage will be charged if I purchase more than 1 item?
Complete the order form and we will calculate for you.


4. Can I ask for a special/ custom-made design?

5. I want to see with my bare eyes for the right color I want, can I visit your store?
Yes, you can. We do have exhibition kiosk in certain location in Klang Valley, you are welcome to visit us.

6. I have sensitive skin, is your jewelry safe to wear?
La Evangel uses the high quality materials to handmade every pieces.
However, we would advise you to consult your doctor in selecting the right material to avoid any inconvenient cause.


7. How do I know her sizes?
Hold her hand and carefully measure it with your own hand. Go back home, measure it on a ruler! It only suitable for ring and bracelet, do not do it for necklace (please do not choke her neck for necklace measurement!!! ) However, if the sizes do not match her at the end, we can fix it for you with no charge! But buyer will have to bear their own return postage charges.
